On the road to fulfilling your dreams and aspirations, why do you always encounter unplanned difficulties? Sometimes, you set out to do something, with a conviction that it’s what God desires for you, but then as you go along, the journey gets so tough that you begin to wonder if you’ve missed God.

The truth is that there is no human experience that is not captured in the Bible, so let’s look at what the Bible has to say about this. Exodus 3:8 – I have come to rescue them from the power of the Egyptians and to bring them from that land to a good land with plenty of room ⌊for everyone⌋. It is a land flowing with milk and honey where the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites live[GW]. This was the point where God came to call Moses to go deliver the children out of the bondage in Egypt. Take a look at that verse, God told Moses about the destination, which is a land flowing with milk and honey,  but did you hear any mention of the wilderness they’d have to go through? So if you are wondering why your current experience differs from what you had in mind, it might just be your wilderness experience.

You see,  Rev. Mark Hankins ones said, “if you know what God has waiting for you behind every mountain – difficult situation, you’d do whatever it takes to move it”. While you go through the refining fire of the wilderness experience, God gives you a picture of the future to hope on. However, understand that God will do abundantly above what you can imagine, so God will still blow your mind beyond what you are hoping. Hence, hold on to that which God has shown you, He’s too big to scam you, He will do more than He has said. God Bless You!
