*Isaiah 8:18, Acts 3:9-10*
_Behold, I and the children whom the LORD hath given me are for signs and for wonders in Israel from the LORD of hosts, which dwelleth in mount Zion. *And all the people saw him walking and praising God: And they knew that it was he which sat for alms at the Beautiful gate of the temple: and they were filled with wonder and amazement at that which had happened unto him._
In Christ, God has programmed your life and the lives of those connected to you to be a sign and a wonder to men. The power to experience and manifest miraculous signs and wonders is upon you. People have heard things about God before, but now they will see those things that they have heard about God manifest in and through your life. God will make you a message. His Word will be made flesh in your life which will serve as a testimony. People will wonder at the mightiness and awesomeness of the God that you serve. A sign points people in a certain direction. It is not the destination itself. When God manifests signs and wonders in and through our lives, it is so that our lives can point people in His direction and not to ourselves.
This is why after the healing of the lame man by the Beautiful gate, Peter pointed the people who were amazed at what happened in God’s direction. He gave all the glory to God and he even used the opportunity to preach the gospel to them, Acts 3:12-26. You and I must continue to do the same. We are signs to point people to God’s person and to His ability. God also uses us as signs to one another. What God does in the lives of other believers is a sign that He can do the same in your life. Similarly, what He does in your life is a sign of what He can do in the lives of other believers. No matter what you are going through, God will show Himself strong and make your life a sign and a wonder to many. Your life serve as evidence of the goodness and faithfulness of God.
_I and they that the Lord has given me, we are made for signs and wonders. I have the power to experience and manifest signs and wonders that will point others to the God I serve._
