Ephesians 2:4-5, Titus 3:5 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) *Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost.
In the English Standard Version of the Bible, our first text above says, ‘from His fulness we have all received grace upon grace.’ That is your portion in Christ. You will keep on receiving all kinds of grace; overflowing and manifesting in various ways in your life. Another way that God manifests His grace in our lives is by giving us divine direction and divine revelation. When Moses said “show me now thy way, that I may know thee” in our second text above, he was referring to divine direction and divine revelation. It takes the grace of God to know God’s will and to know what to do in any situation we find ourselves. It also takes the grace for God to reveal Himself to you. Today, God will manifest this grace in your life. Because of Christ, you will always know what to do in any situation you find yourself and you will continue to receive divine revelation that will enable you to know God more. In Colossians 1:9-11, you will see that fruitfulness, strength, and greater knowledge of God are some of the results when God reveals His will to you. This will continually be your portion. In our text above, Moses also said that these two things would cause him to receive more grace from God. That is a grace upon grace manifestation. Every time we make good use of the grace that we receive from God, it will lead us into a deeper experience of God’s grace. Believe God for this grace and it will manifest abundantly in your life.
Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father, in your grace I ask that you grant me divine direction and divine revelation today. Help me to know the right way to go about all my endeavors and grant me the desire to know you more.
Grace for dominion…
