Focus on God’s Faithfulness

Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ. Philippians 1:6

God will not give up on you for any reason. On the contrary, He is committed to fulfilling His promises in your life. In fact, God has promised that He will not rest until your righteousness shines like the sun (Isa.62:1). Focus on the faithfulness of God and forge ahead in the will of God. Peter was able to walk on water as long as his eyes were focused on Jesus (Matt.14:29). If you focus on the winds and storms, you will lose your faith and start to sink. Where is your heart focused right now? Are you focusing on how faithful God is? Do not allow what people do to you to cause you to walk out of love towards them. Like Joseph, rest assured that God is going to turn whatever is thrown at you and make it work out for your good, Gen.50:20. Continue to walk in love towards all men and do not hold a grudge against anyone because grudges can affect your prayers (Mark 11:25). Opt not to focus on the wickedness of men or the hardness of your circumstances. Focus on the faithfulness of God who is on your side. He is the Almighty God and He is far bigger than your situation. He is the Ancient of Days (Dan.7:9), He is perfect in all His ways. He has not failed before. He will not start with you. Hold on to God’s faithfulness. Not a single jot of His Word will fall to the ground. Every single part of His Word will be fulfilled. God has promised not to break His covenant or alter the Word that has gone out of His mouth (Psa.89:34). God is watching over His Word to perform it. Be strong. Focus on the faithfulness of God and you will experience His faithfulness in your life.

Prayer Focus: Thank God that He loves you, that He is with you and that He is faithful to His Word. Declare unto Him that your hope is built on His faithfulness.

Grace for Dominion…
