CONTENTMENT

Being Content is key when it comes to Living a simple life. No one can ever be fully satisfied in life.
Contentment means being satisfied, happy or pleased with an achievement.
A state of satisfaction.
No matter how much one has acquired, there will still be some unmet desires.
Being content is not necessarily settling for less, neither is it an act of humiliation nor a feeling of inferiority.
Contentment is rather an act of being grateful, thankful, happy and satisfied with what one has already. With the hope and belief that more achievements will be met as one continues to work hard.
Just as human needs can hardly be met, so is greed-Nothing satisfies. Therefore, the best way to keep it simple is to always appreciate whatever we’ve got at the moment before others will arrive.
Here are some negative effects of lack of contentment:
Health wise, it could lead to a rise in blood pressure. When one is never satisfied, constant thinking is inevitable.
Greed, always wanting more- those you can and cannot afford.
Envy – wanting what’s not yours.
Stealing, taking what’s not yours.
The best way to be content is to keep it simple, simplified life.
Celebrate accomplishment.
Don’t always be in a hurry.
Learn to give up what you don’t need and be glad you did.
Worrying over what one can’t have is a joy killer.
Instead of putting your energy to grumbling and complains, rejoice instead. It’s a lot easier.
Be grateful, be thankful and keep it simple, Stay Healthy!
For after all, the best thing one can do when it is raining is let it rain.
Quotes:
“Be thankful for what you have, you’ll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don’t have, you’ll never, ever have enough.” _Oprah Winfrey
“But godliness with contentment is great gain.
For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out, having food and raiment let us be therewith content.”  _1 Tim. 6: 6
